Rapid URL Indexer Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & Service Scope

By accessing the Rapid URL Indexer platform, creating an account, or consuming our Developer API endpoints, you agree to be strictly bound by these Terms of Service. Rapid URL Indexer operates proprietary automated indexing engines, high-speed crawling grid protocols, and automated Google index verification tools designed to accelerate search engine discovery for website content, backlinks, citations, and directory URLs.

2. Credit System & 100% Automatic Refund Guarantee

Rapid URL Indexer operates strictly on a prepaid credit system. One (1) credit enables submission and automated index tracking for one (1) unique URL.

• No Expiration: Purchased credits never expire and remain in your account until submitted.
• 100% Automatic Credit Refunds: Our automated verification system checks search engine indexing status after processing cycles (up to 14 days). If a submitted URL remains unindexed by Google at the end of the evaluation period, 100% of the credit deducted for that URL is automatically refunded back to your account balance.
• Non-Monetary Credits: Promotional, gift, or administrative test credits added manually by system administrators are non-cashable and non-transferable.

3. Account Registration & Mandatory Email Verification

To maintain system integrity and proxy health:

• All users must complete mandatory 8-digit email verification prior to accessing dashboard submission tools or API keys.
• Registration using temporary, disposable, or flagged spam email domains (e.g. ProtonMail, Tutanota, TempMail, GuerrillaMail) is strictly prohibited and filtered automatically.
• We enforce strict session security, failed login lockouts, and professional IP security logging for fraud detection and unauthorized access protection.

4. Acceptable URL Submission & Content Policy

Users are solely responsible for all URLs submitted to Rapid URL Indexer. You agree strictly NOT to submit URLs that contain:

• Malware, phishing pages, ransomware, or malicious script downloads.
• Illegal contraband, copyright infringement, or deceptive scams.
• Harmful content violating search engine webmaster guidelines or criminal statutes.

Violation of content policies will result in immediate termination of account access, revocation of API keys, and permanent IP blacklisting without credit refunds.

5. Developer API Key Security & Usage Limits

Each registered user is provided a unique developer API Key to integrate Rapid URL Indexer into their own websites, applications, and workflows.

• You must keep your API Key strictly confidential. Any requests authenticated with your API Key are billed against your account credit balance.
• You may regenerate your API Key at any time from your profile dashboard if compromise is suspected.

6. Limitation of Liability & Service Availability

Rapid URL Indexer employs advanced, white-hat crawl signaling to achieve an industry-leading indexing success rate. However, search engine algorithms remain under the sole control of Google. Rapid URL Indexer does not guarantee 100% indexing success for low-quality or non-compliant content, but fully guarantees that unindexed URLs cost zero credits under our auto-refund policy.
